“ Amazing food the chips are super great, service is 10/10 and it's a great peace to enjoy some beers with friends and family. ”
“ My fiancee (Latina) and I (Anglo) were in the mood for seafood and found Mariscos La Marea with a quick online search. We both found the food to be very good and the service excellent. My fiancee was born / raised in the Rio Grande Valley and is fluent in Spanish. I know a few phrases and don't understand it at all. Our waitress conversed with my fiancee in Spanish and I was able to order my meal and a beer with a cold mug. She was very good about answering our questions and explaining a couple of unfamiliar Spanish words. However, once our waitress figured out that I couldn't speak Spanish she switched over to perfect English. As I paid the tab I jokingly asked if she had given up on speaking to us in Spanish. She said that she switched to English so that I wouldn't feel excluded from the conversation. I found it to be a really nice gesture considering that I was the only Tipo Blanco in a very crowded restaurant where no one else was speaking English. Service aside, we both found our meals to be excellent. Mariscos La Marea doesn't cheat you on portion sizes, so if you leave hungry it's not because you got short-changed. We both left stuffed and would have absolutely no problem returning in the future. ”
“ I will say that 99.9 percent of the time the food is delicious here but to have good food you need good ambiance as well. So if you like the feel of being at a concert or club then come after 12pm however if you are like me and like to eat in peace be sure to come before 12pm. I want to also state that their mixed drinks are delicious they have never let me down. ”
